R.O Tailored Travel was founded in Portugal in 2022, as the world began moving again after the pandemic. We built the company around a straightforward idea: a private journey should feel calm long before the passenger enters the vehicle.
Lisbon, at the end of an uncertain chapter.
In 2022, travel had returned, but confidence had not fully returned with it. Flights changed at short notice, hospitality teams were rebuilding and many travellers arrived unsure whether the arrangements made on a screen would work on the ground.
R.O Tailored Travel grew from that gap between a booking and genuine reassurance. The early requests were modest: an airport arrival handled properly, a business appointment reached without confusion, a family met with enough space for every suitcase. Those journeys taught us that luxury is rarely about spectacle. More often, it is the relief of finding someone prepared.
We chose steady growth. Each new route, chauffeur relationship and vehicle class had to protect the standard already promised to existing clients. That approach still guides the company today.

The operation expanded beyond Lisbon through a carefully selected network, while keeping one point of coordination and the same expectations for vehicles, presentation and communication.

Still personally accountable
The service now supports airport arrivals, executive schedules, private tours and multi-day journeys. What has not changed is the attention given to each route before the chauffeur arrives.
