International arrivals often involve long-haul luggage, early check-in restrictions and changing flight times. Add the flight number during booking so pickup planning can follow the arrival rather than a fixed assumption. Prices are displayed in euros and all service times are local to Portugal.

Equivalent models, equivalent responsibility.
Chauffeur fleets operate by class because maintenance schedules, route position and availability can change. Unless an exact model is confirmed in writing, the photographs show the standard and style of vehicle you can expect rather than a guaranteed registration.
If a substitution is required, it must protect the confirmed passenger capacity, luggage allowance and premium service level. A smaller class is not considered an acceptable equivalent.

Can I request an exact Mercedes-Benz model?
Vehicle classes are confirmed rather than a specific registration or model. A Mercedes-Benz E-Class, V-Class or S-Class may be replaced by an equivalent BMW, Audi or premium vehicle of comparable capacity and standard. Exact-model requests can be reviewed in advance but are subject to written confirmation and availability.
Are all chauffeur vehicles black?
Black exterior presentation is the R.O Tailored Travel fleet standard. It provides a discreet and consistent appearance for airport, hotel, corporate and VIP services.
Which vehicle should I choose for several large suitcases?
Choose the Executive V-Class for more than three passengers, more than three large suitcases, sports equipment or a combination of cabin and checked luggage. Capacity is reviewed again before confirmation, and the booking flow may recommend a larger class when required.
Do the vehicles include Wi-Fi, water and device charging?
Bottled water is included. Wi-Fi and charging options are available in many assigned vehicles, although the exact connection and charging format can vary. Tell us in advance when connectivity or a specific charger is essential.
Can child seats be arranged?
Child seats can be requested before the journey. Please provide the child's age, approximate weight and the number of seats required so the correct equipment and vehicle capacity can be confirmed.
Does the fleet operate outside Lisbon?
Yes. Services can be arranged across mainland Portugal, including Lisbon, Porto, Cascais, Sintra, the Algarve, the Douro Valley, Alentejo, Fatima and long-distance routes between regions.
